The company provides customer notification service regarding appointment date, house-call, medical report and provides a reliable and fast platform to make communication between hospital and patient party. It helps the hospital authority with a customer servicing portal which helps in on-hold messaging, hosting, inhold inquiry, survey delivery system and data append services. The Televox software provides there service in other fields like photography, spa, salon, casino, insurance, pest control, commercial and utility industries.
How to access MyTelevox ASP account
Televox provides the service to the patient party to make an appointment, check for availability of a doctor, register for a house call, check the test report and to communicate with the consulting doctor or the hospital directly in an easier and a faster way. This service is available only if the patient has created a MyTelevox ASP account. This section describes briefly about accessing and managing MyTelevox.
- To Login into the MyTelevox select the URL address here: Click here
- Select continue with browser option
- Enter Customer Number, Staff login, and password, to sign In to the account
- If the user is new to MyTelevox, then in a Login page there is an option, select click here option below the login window.
- By doing so the user will be directed to file containing step by step instruction about the software installation methods. There is a detailed explanation of various service provided by the portal and steps to activate the services.
- If the user is willing to reset the password or has forgotten the password to log in then select Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Then the user is directed to Password Reset page, where the user is asked to enter customer Number and staff login details. then, Click on Reset Password option.
MyTelevox allows its user to make payment via the portal, select Billing option for making the payment. to access this option it requires to contact the Televox IT team and request a permit for the Billing service to the already existing account or one can even create a new account by entering the required details in billing page and selecting Create account option. There is also an access to Vox On-Hold service, by choosing Vox On-Hold option on the login page, the page will be directed to Vox On-Hold page, enter the customer number and telephone number to login to the service, by accessing Vox On-Hold service the user can use the on-hold messaging system.
